When we decided to make our dream of making gin a reality, we knew that we want to tell the story. The story of our family, discovering & celebrating origin.

Our botanicals
Discover 19 sophisticated, mainly regional and 100% natural ingredients. The heart of the mixture is magnolia – a symbol of our hometown – Stettin in Poland. Enjoy the aromas of Florentine iris, sweet woodruff, pine shoots, apples, blackcurrants, cranberries, ginger, sage, mint and the foundation of our gin – Italian juniper.
How we do it
When you raise a glass of Heritage Magnolia Gin, celebrate the craft behind its creation.
Handcrafted
Each ingredient is hand-picked and prepared by us. For 7 hours, we gently crush the juniper berries to release its aromas during maceration and distillation, tear sage and mint leaves, or gently crush coriander in a stone mortar and pestle.
24-hour maceration
Some of our ingredients macerate in the highest quality neutral grain spirit for 24 hours. During this time, the aromas of our botanicals fragrant the spirit, creating an unusual, characteristic and original blend of Heritage Magnolia Gin.
Copper distilled & vapor infused
Heritage Magnolia Gin is manufactured in the artisan distillery and distilled in the copper alembic. Our gin owes its clear, yet delicate character to the two types of distillation – classic pot-still distillation and vapor infusion of magnolia, mint and sage. That enables us to create a well-balanced gin with flower, fruits, citrus and spicy aromas.
Non chill-filtered
We wanted to create an unusual Polish craft gin with complex aromas. Therefore we decided not to chill filter our gin. It results in a more aromatic and pleasant character. You will recognize unfiltered gin by adding ice, water or tonic to a gin glass. You can then observe a subtle, 100% natural haze. These are the aromas we wanted to keep for you.

Apparently it takes the passion of Archeologist & the creativity of Microbiologist to create the gin with notes of flowers, fruits, herbs, spices with a hint of nostalgia.
We are a Family Manufactory. It took us 18 months to create the original recipe of Heritage Magnolia Gin. Months of researching, crafting, discovering and testing until we created the gin that we love. We debuted in October 2021 and in less than a year we’ve become The World’s Most Awarded Polish Craft Gin.
